Even with the many financial challenges that face government agencies today, agencies still need to communicate effectively with their customers. This is where the Department of General Services, Office of Graphic Communications (OGC) can help.

Agencies can reduce costs for needed communication services offered by OGC because: OGC’s service fees are considerably lower than those charged by private sector providers for similar services; and, when purchasing OGC services agencies avoid the costs associated with conducting a competitive procurement process.

OGC is a full-service provider offering print and internet media communication services to state agencies, institutions of higher education, local governments and non-profit organizations. Whether agencies need concept and execution of a multi-media public education campaign or a re-design of an agency Website, the Office of Graphic Communications is an effective, efficient and economical choice. OGC is a mandatory source for state agencies pursuant to section 2.1 in the Commonwealth’s Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM).
