Program Eligibility

Donee eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with GSA (General Services Administration) federal regulations and Virginia state code. Interested entities must complete the appropriate eligibility application forms and comply with the requirements of periodic updating in order to retain their eligibility.

The following types of entities are considered for participaton:

• All Virginia state government agencies, commissions, authorities and universities 

• All Virginia political subdivisions (county, city, town, etc.)                              

• GSA approved nonprofit organizations in Virginia classified as 501 (c)(3) by the Internal Revenue Service

• Service Education Activites (SEA)

• Small businesses or companies in Virginia classified as SBA 8(a) by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
